General Information About Your Stay
Here you can find all the important information at a glance:
- Prices are per holiday apartment per night, including VAT and all additional costs.
- We are happy to provide bed linen, towels, and dish towels.
- The Gastein Card and the Guest Mobility Ticket with many added values are available to all our guests.
- Arrival and departure days are flexible, subject to availability.
- On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready from 3:00 PM.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartments by 11:00 AM.
- Non-smoking holiday apartments
- Dogs are allowed. Please register in advance. We charge an additional €15 per night for your beloved four-legged friend.
- We request an advance payment of 30% of the booking total.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Stays from April 7, 2025 to November 30, 2025
- Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival are free of charge
- For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the stay price will be charged
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, the full price will be charged
Stays from December 1, 2025 to April 31, 2026
- Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations from 30 days to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
- For cancellations from 14 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we must charge the full amount.
