From Valley to Peak
In summer, the three cable cars in the towns of Dorfgastein, Bad Hofgastein, and Bad Gastein are in operation. You could also call them adventure mountains. The extensive family offer on the Schlossalm with popular children’s playground, via ferratas, the Schlossalm lake, and guided scooter tours is a special experience. And the Stubnerkogel with its famous suspension bridge is an unforgettable adventure for every Gastein visitor.
Thermal Water Swimming Lake
In the summer months, the thermal water bathing lakes, which are directly connected to the Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein, steam. The Family World of the Alpentherme offers a lot, especially for families. And adults can also enjoy the sauna and thermal world of the spa.
On the Bike
Along the Ache from Dorfgastein to Bad Gastein, there is a bike path next to the Achen promenade. Mountain bikers also get to enjoy alpine mountain bike routes with guaranteed panoramic views.
