In the house we offer, among other things: Washing machine and dryer, shoe cleaning machine, passenger elevator to all floors, ski room, table tennis room, spacious garden and one parking space per apartment

Apartment Type A
55 M² for 2 – 4 Persons
- Bedroom with double bed, carpeted floor
- Large living area with fully equipped kitchenette and dining table as well as living area with couch (for up to 2 persons), parquet flooring
- Flat-screen TV with cable connection
- Kitchen equipment: Microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4 cooking plates, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, dining and cooking utensils, dish towels, and much more

General Information About Your Stay
Here you can find all the important information at a glance:
- Prices are per holiday apartment per night, including VAT and all additional costs.
- We are happy to provide bed linen, towels, and dish towels.
- The Gastein Card and the Guest Mobility Ticket with many added values are available to all our guests.
- Arrival and departure days are flexible, subject to availability.
- On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready from 3:00 PM.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartments by 11:00 AM.
- Non-smoking holiday apartments
- Dogs are allowed. Please register in advance. We charge an additional €15 per night for your beloved four-legged friend.
- We request an advance payment of 30% of the booking total.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Stays from April 7, 2024 to November 30, 2025
- Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival are free of charge
- For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the stay price will be charged
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, the full price will be charged
Stays from December 1, 2025 to April 31, 2026
- Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations from 30 days to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
- For cancellations from 14 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we must charge the full amount.
