Vacation apartment TYPE A – 55 m² for 2 – 4 persons
- Bedroom with double bed, carpeted floor
- Large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining table as well as living area with couch (for up to 2 people), parquet flooring
- Flat-screen TV with cable connection
- Kitchen equipment: microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, tea towels, etc.

- Large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining table as well as living area with couch (for up to 2 people), parquet floor. The vacation apartments for up to 6 people have a visually separate sleeping alcove with a double bed in the sleeping area and 2 sofas in the living area

General information about your stay:
- The prices are per apartment per night including VAT and all additional costs.
- We are happy to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.
- The Gastein Card with many added values is available to all our guests
- Arrival and departure day as desired depending on availability.
- The apartments are ready for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 11.00 am.
- Non-smoking vacation apartments
- Dogs are permitted. Please register in advance. We charge an additional € 10 per night for your beloved four-legged friend.
- We ask for an advance payment of 30% of the booking amount.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Our STORAGE CONDITIONS are as follows:
Stays from April 7, 2024 to November 30, 2025
- Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival are free of charge
- If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the price of the stay will be charged
- Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged the total price
Stays from December 1, 2025 to April 31, 2026
- Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
- If you cancel between 14 days and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- If canceled from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- If you cancel on the day of arrival, we will have to charge the full amount.
